First one was bought in the year 2018. I could see lot of difference in the material and the texture of the product. Why i preferred iCare for the second time is just because of the quality of the silicon material. Somehow not finding the same in the recent bought item. Then only noted that first it was imported and sold and now it has been manufactured here. Even the velvet pouch was totally different. Still i have the old, both cant be compared at all. It doesn't hurt at all and isn't felt while it is inside. I have experienced ZERO staining, leaking or any other discomfort (after cutting out the stem). I used to get redness/skin sensitivity when I used to use sanitary pads but not anymore. I can play sports or gym without worrying about any smell or staining. It is free from harmful chemicals unlike sanitary pads, reusable, environment friendly and VERY CHEAP in the long run.FYI I'm 20 y/o 4'9" weighing 38Kg.
