I use these in my throwing, batting and wicket keeping drills in cricket. The players love them as they are heavy in their hand but don't hurt them compared to a hard cricket ball.

Bought for cricket practice in our small garden. Great as they can whack it and it doesn’t go too far. It can also be inflated to make it lighter/different.

Bought these as a training aid for Cricket. The balls are of similar size to a Senior Cricket ball but weigh nearly 3 times as much. Great for bowling and batting with for a short period of time (2-3 overs) and then switching to a normal cricket ball. I wouldn’t advise using these balls longer than a few overs though as they are heavy and could cause injury if overused. I had to order these from the States but they only took 7 days to arrive. Recommended!

I bought this six pack of balls for javelin practice as 16oz = 454g and they are bright, a bit squidgy and fit in the hand really well— love them and so do my throwing squad :)

These training baseballs work very well. What is lovely about them is that they don't fly as far as a normal baseball so it's much easier to keep your windows safe from stray balls and works well in smaller gardens. We do use it together with a batting net just to be extra safe though. With regular practice it does help improve batting techniques as well as hit strength. The quality seems to be good. While they do pick up dirt easily as they are rubber, they so far show no signs of damage and seem that they will last well.
