Poorly packaged
Great deal for a bakery or someone that does a lot of baking. The biggest problem is the package isn't sealed. Possible contamination issue, and there were crumbs all over the inside of the shipping box. They need to immediately address this issue and seal the package before putting it in the box. Not to mention that it won't store well if it isn't used quickly, or happens to be in an area of high heat and humidity (like a kitchen).
