Great Ayurveda Recommendation
Daana Mustard Oil isn’t just a kitchen staple; it also works wonders as a versatile external remedy for skin, hair, and overall wellness. With its USDA Organic certification, extra virgin quality, and cold-pressed extraction, this oil stands out as a natural, nourishing option for those seeking effective and chemical-free skincare and haircare solutions.I was recommended this by my Avuervedic practitioner to help with my asthma. When used for massage, it not only helps with circulation but can also provide a sense of relief from stress or fatigue. The oil is also commonly used in traditional Ayurvedic practices for full-body massages, contributing to an overall sense of well-being. It has definitely helped relieve my of daily congestion I have. I apply this in the evening, after my shower and before bed so it sits on my chest over night. In the morning, I am not as congested. When I don't use this, I do notice a difference. Based on that I will continue to use this for this purpose.

Very Fresh
Mustard seed oil has a high flash-point and is useful for stir-frying. However many products are not really fresh and have an "off" aroma. This bottle had a nice fresh spicy aroma. To use correctly for cooking the oil must be heated in the pan till smoke starts to rise, then the temperature is lowered to the required level, and light smoke rises with a delicious aromaThis oil can also be used for skin care and cosmetic purposes.

Great for Chapped Lips!!
I use this combat my dry lips at all times due to being in menopause. It works and all I have to do is put it in my belly button. It also works on my chapped heels as I put it on those and they’re no longer chapped.

It seems weaker than the stuff I bought at the Oriental grocery, but....
The smell wasn't as horse radishy as the Assai brand, and the initial taste of what was on the lid was bland, but once it's shaken up, it was close, so not too bad. But better off to buy Assai "Salad Oil" at a cheaper price if you can get it at an Oriental/Asian Grocery.
