After reading reviews suggesting this was inspired by Amouage's Interlude Man I was initially apprehensive because I'd heard Interlude was a "challenging" scent. Well, how wrong was I. Although I can't vouch for how similar this is to Interlude Man but I get a very likeable, citrusy, herbal, semi-sweet, smoky, woody scent with a hint of peppery spice. This roll on has given me the confidence to go for the 100ml bottle next which is now on my shopping list. ;o)

Opens up with some leathery, spicy balsamic notes then dries down to a sweet woody scent, longevity is pretty good as is the sillage - it's supposed to replicate a more expensive brand which I've never smelled so cant judge pretty good value though to be fair.

SMELLS BEYOND CHEAP PLUS 2MINUTES LATER THE SMELL HAS GONE (thank god)

I would say the notes that have mentioned is very misleading I am really into perfumes and I can smell perfumes and tell the notes without reading it, couldn’t still find other notes except sandalwood on this particular one! I bought it cos of the reviews I have read and usually mix my perfumes with other non Oud ones this truly failed me. if you really into sweet OUD sub branches this is not for you. Does it worth the price? I would say have had expensive ones with very disappointing notes.

In der Kopfnote ist Midnight Oud noch ziemlich aufdringlich, im weiteren Verlauf wird es sanfter, bleibt aber nach wie vor present. Der Duft ist würzig orientalisch mit einer starken Haltbarkeit und Silage. Preis/Leistung ist hervorragend.
