Healthy FuFu Organic Whole Oat Flour (10 lb)- Top Grade Finely Ground Oat Flour - Kosher

We have switched from wheat to oat in most everything we bake and cook which has been a challenge for my wife, but who has found new heathy ways to getting oat flour to bind together and raise the delicious factor. It started with pancakes which became our preferred favorite. Biscuits and muffins are a bigger challenge but worth the struggle.

I used it to make sourdough bread, and it turned out soft, light, and testee to eat it by itself.

The bag was torn open when I received it. The contents were all over the other items I had purchased. At least 2 cups of flour wasted.

I use this for my protein shake and it works well, cant tell much between this and other brands.

Described as oat fufu but does not taste as described .Totally over price product compared to local cost of the same product name that has the real taste. Disappointed!
