The absolute best.
Back home there was a crab restaurant and always a waiting line. We got to know the owner and one day I told him that we were relocating from Delaware to Florida. Told him we would miss coming here and will be sadden to not be able to get him crabcakes. He came out later and brought the package cover (this one) and made me the happiest of people. Everyone raves about my crabcakes and crab imperial. But, unlike Mick I don't share my "secret" ingredient. I buy lump crab meat, and don't break it up too much. Make your crabcake and put in the refrigerator to firm up, then I bake them in the oven til brown on top.To make the imperial crab follow the directions on the box and, I give a dash of worchester sauce to it before putting them in a cup to bake.
