Avalon Mixet Shower Cartridge for Single Tub and Shower Handles, Brass Faucet Stem and Chrome Retainer Nut

This part arrived but was missing pieces. It should come with the valve, metal cover, two metal washers and one nylon washer. This was missing the two metal and nylon washer. These parts are needed for correct installation

This is a huge improvement over the one I bought from the local big chain hardware store. The brass construction makes it more durable. The local big chain store was cheap but the plastic deformed after 6 months and the screw that holds the seal in the end of the cartridge backed out clogging the pipe.

Direct fit for a Mixet tub or shower valve cartridge

Installed perfectly and I'm definitely a novice. Watched a couple YouTube videos first. All parts were included for me, including the 3 washers (2 metal and 1 plastic) that another reviewer did not receive.
