This is so much more than I spend ever on shampoo. Before I dyed my hair I was happily using a tea tree shampoo for a year. That’s a no go with red hair. So I had to find something else.This is esp made for vivid colors so figured give this a shot. I’m happy I did.First off, this smells AMAZING. first sniff out of the bottle it smelled so sweet to me I wasn’t sure if I’d like it but it settles down once you wash into a rich honey vanilla smell and it stays in your hair. And it’s glorious. Just love it.My hair is bright red and I’ve done three washes so far ajs if doesn’t look any different than when I left the salon. Not at all. When I wash I don’t see tons of color going down the drain. Reds bleed a LOT so this tells me this shampoo def makes a difference.The shampoo feels a bit stripping and drying on it’s own. I wouldn’t just use the shampoo ever unless you have very oily hair. When you use the conditioner it counteracts it. A lot. First wash I used too much and my hair was oily next day.I only use the conditioner on my ends not my scalp and now it’s perfect. Little goes a long way.I’d give it 5 stars, but it came with some kind of creme that’s supposed to make your hair brighter but all it did was make it limp and oily. I won’t be using that again, but I’d get the shampoo ajs conditioner again in a heartbeat.

Striped the color out of my hair I just had done so mad and frustrated. Now my hair looks horrible it has 4 different colors than what I even had. Check the dates on Your items you buy . Beyond upset.... my hair is now purple, blond brown and a little orange 😡😡😡

It smells amazing!! The shampoo seems to strip the color a bit when I see the water run off. The conditioner is absolutely lovely!! Locks in the color. The UV protection cream works wonders!! I can go outside in the sunlight without feeling like my hair is fading quickly. Overall a wonderful product from Matrix and will be repurchasing when I run out😍 I’ve had the full kit for over a month now... I think it’ll last me at least 2 more months!

Both my husband and my son told me how nice I smell 😂 it's the shampoo! Not only is it great for my color treated hair, but it makes you feel like you just walked out of the salon! Great value for a great product

I’m happy with the product. It works well as a shampoo and conditioner and I can use it everyday. My main reason for using it though has become the smell which I adore and it lasts throughout the day. Very happy with this product!!

Love the products! I’ve used Matrix color line before, and I have really come to love Matrix products! The scent to this one is really yummy, took me several times to get used to it (I’m sensitive to certain strong smells), but now I love the smell! I feel like my hair smells fresh even after 3-4 days of not washing it. I have very bright, red colored hair and I find this so good for days when I wash my hair, I don’t feel like much of the color is stripped away. Plus, it leaves my hair feeling silly smooth and smelling fresh for days!
