Works well but awful taste way too bitter.
This is awful tasting Yarrow tea. It's way too bitter to enjoy. But to my surprise it certainly works on symptoms like digestion, acid reflux, etc.

I tried it as part of a group of herbs in an ancient, beer (braggot) recipe that was made back before hops became the ONLY bittering agent used in brews. The resulting brew turned out so good, that those I handed it out to for their Thanksgiving meal told me that I had to now make a batch every year because it was the favorite drink of the day with all of their guests.

This tea is the best for period cramps but it doesn't taste great. Best to drink quickly or mix it with something else.
