Sylvania SP328-Red Portable Bluetooth Speaker

Just received this speaker, it works great I have had it running first with my ipod through Bluetooth, now with another MP3 player with the aux wire. It's been going strong and with excellent sound for over 5 hours now. I am testing it out for a party this weekend, making sure how long the battery will work. It is so good I will be ordering another one!! Very happy with this speaker, great price,great sound and easy to use !!

I'm a p.e. Teacher and I got this to play my music in my gym! I absolutely love it. The sound fills up my huge gymnasium and I can even take it outside for days that the gym is in use! I can use my phone from anywhere in the gym to play and pause... Even in the hallway outside my classroom!! I charge it every night on my computer and it is easily portable to move from my stage to my office anytime I need. I teach k-8 so my kids love the red color and cool blue back lit speakers. All-in-all a great investment for any classroom where music (loud music) is a must!!!

I purchased the SP328 Sylvania portable speaker in Red not too long ago. I bought it because the wireless speaker I had been using is missing it's charging cord due to a recent move. I figured it would turn up eventually but until then I would use this as a back up. The price was very cheap so I wasn't expecting much. However I will say it surpassed my expectations. I don't know what I was expecting as far as size, but I was definitely smaller than I thought it would be. It's about the size of an 8 pack can of sodas. The speaker holes and knobs light up with this pretty blue neon color. You can plug it in to your outlet and use it, or once charged up you can take it around and use it with the plug and play feature or Bluetooth if your music device has that capability. For the price the sound is great! However if you are big on superb sound quality, loud music, and hard hitting base this device may not live up to your standards. I turned it up to its max and sound became distorted as if I was taking past its ability to perform at its best. With that being said for the price it's great, it does get loud enough to fill a room, great for easy listening, or a group gathering.

I am not a HAPPY camper. This item didn't last 6 months before it no longer became inoperable. At first, the item couldn't keep a charge. Now as of yesterday 10-24-2017 it completely doesn't work. I am not use to things breaking down so fast. Maybe I just got a fluke. When you first get it, it has some small cosmetic flaws but not enough to make you return it. The sound was good. I liked that it produced good volume. It did come with charger. It went in the DC plugin at the top. Will I buy again or recommend? No, I will not. Save your money and buy something that will last!

This thing is large, which would not be a big deal If they had taken advantage of the size to use better quality drivers. Sound quality is below average. I bought one of the small BT speakers along with this one and those sound much better plus they take up much less space. I'm giving it 3 stars only because the speaker lights are kinda cool and It was cheap at less than $20 dollars. My recommendation, get one of those Anker speakers with 1k plus reviews or something similar.

This portable speaker is amazing. I've used it a couple of times and it is exactly what I was looking for. It's not the loudest speaker, but it is loud enough. I took it camping and we played it for 13 hours straight without it needing to be recharged. If you're looking for extremely loud with lots of base that is not this speaker. It's loud and quality is good. I would recommend to anyone that this is a solid buy.

This speaker works great. I build computers, play bass and guitar and am very picky about my electronics and sound. I bought one for my job. I liked it so much i bought another. My boss liked it so much he bought the one i had at work so i just got another. If you have a problem, dont get mad. Get a replacement. Im telling you, this is one of those things that you cant live without. Anybody that has a problem got a defect. I use mine 44 hours a week at work flawlessly.

I'd rate this 2.5/5. Its a great GREAT speaker at first. Loud enough to be a music source while playing pick up basketball in a gym and it was the main source of music at a 20-25 person get together in a basement. This speaker has some power. Loudness probably gets a rating of 3.5/5. And the option to toggle the bass and treble is awesome too to get the clearest sounding music. Now to the bad parts. the bluetooth kept disconnecting even though the phone was resting on top of it, and when switching to the aux it would do a weird red and blue blinking thing and not produce any music at the most random times. You can imagine how annoying this would be especially when playing music in front of a number of people with everyone jamming out. Maybe I'm just heavy handed but about a week and a half of moderate use, the charging plug in broke and now I can't get it to charge. The battery lasts forever but once it dies I wont be able to charge it at all and it will be a useless block. Very disappointed in this speaker because I feel like it has so much potential to be a top selling affordable speaker. I think i will purchase one more to see if mine was just a dud but come on Sylvania!! If this thing worked properly i'd rate it 4.5/5 but it needs some hardware work.

The speakers came blown and it looked like someone poked a hole in one of the speakers. Overall good sound tho for this price i wasnt expecting it to be decent for 40 bucks

The sound quality is absolutely poor. Dont buy just because of its looks, that is how i got suckered in. Only 3W speaker is obviously not enough. Sending in for refund.

I bought this for work. The sound is amazing. I have read that ppl have been having trouble with the charger and port. So I'm just being really careful with the cord. But these types of cords can be found at places like best buy. Or even dollar stores. Im hoping for no troubles.
