Love it
Excellent capacity, ambidextrous design, good quality and light weight. I also like the extra pouch on the front of the strap for small things. No complaints at all.

Perfect small “diaper” bag
Editing to say: I contacted the company via their website and they sent me a new bag due to the holes that were forming in both of the outside pouches. Hopefully the stitching in the new bag is better than the original I received!I’ve been using this for about a week and it’s awesome. It carries quite a bit without being super bulky. As a mom of 2 small children, I hate toting around a huge diaper bag, but still needed something that could carry a small pack of wipes, a couple diapers, a few snacks and water bottles along with keys, phone, wallet etc. and this bag is it. The front zipper pouch fits a small pack of wipes and is nice and quick to access. The inside main compartment has a few smaller pouches which is helpful for organizing and prevents everything from just falling to the bottom. The front part of the strap has a smaller phone case which fits my iPhone 13 and my keys. The side pockets fit our 16oz Thermoflask stainless steel water bottles. I love the added clip closure as an additional safety feature. The strap is very adjustable, I’m petite and only 5’2” and have the strap tightened as tight as it will go and it fits me well.My only issue is that in less than a week of use, the netting on one of water bottle holders has a hole starting. Which is a little frustrating considering I’ve hardly used it and haven’t been putting anything large enough in it to stretch the elastic. Hopefully I can stitch it up and it doesn’t speak to the overall durability of the bag.

Nice unit so far.
I needed a dedicated carry system for my work as a training patient at our local Medical College. I typically come in wearing scrubs, and then transition to a full-length hospital gown for training. Anything I normally carry in my pants only weighs down my scrubs. I have been using an ancient ”North Face” fanny pack with no sections, which made it rather effective in terms of locating things. This bag is definitely doing the trick for me! I chose Orange for visibility, making it hard to misplace or relocate, and it's a nod to my old EMT days.I was impressed with the bag's overall construction, stitching, and quality feel and look.So far my cell phone and protective case fit well in the front cell phone pocket. I did not realize that the reflective tab across the front of that is actually detached so that you can clip or hook something to it. Nice touch! The front section contains my charger and charge cable for my phone, along with my personal notebook. In the second flat section, I stow my script/notes for easy, carrying in quick access. The larger section is more than adequate for my gown, a couple of protein bars, some personal cleanup/refreshment cloths, and a clip for my keys.I can easily carry either two water, bottles or a water bottle and a flavored water alternative in the outside “cargo nets.“My only “complaint “is that once loaded, the unit wants to hang a little lower on my back, causing the cell phone to ride a bit higher on my chest than I would prefer. I did find that shortening up the strap helps pull the phone pocket to ride a bit lower, and the back bag a bit higher, but still not to where I would like them to be. If this part could be re-engineered, this bag would easily get a 5 Star from me.

Great for my work electronics and supplies!
So far, I'm really loving it. I'm a hospice nurse and needing a bag to keep on me during visits. It fits my work tablet, phone, and supplies and doesn't seem to obtrusive.

Going strong 3 years later with lots of use
First thing I'll mention is about the dimensions. They are listed as 7 x 3.5 x 15 inches. That is likely correct according to their pattern for making the item. But it wears a bit larger than that because the material is a little stretchy, and the water bottle pockets plus the depth of the pack makes it visually wider. When the whole thing is flat without being overloaded, it's about 10.5" wide x Can be filled to be about 4.5" deep and about 16" tall.I find this important as someone on the shorter/petite side. So this isn't negative, but if you refer to a ruler before ordering things in attempts to minimize returns like I do - this pack wears larger than it's dimensions.... which is also what makes it capable of holding so much in a relatively small space. It hasn't been used daily, but both myself and my husband have worn this pack to Universal, Disney, on multiple hikes locally and through several National Parks (sometimes with a hydration bladder inside) and through multiple days of walking in bigger cities. It's been a day pack for road trips. It's been taken to kid sport events and lessons. It's been put through the washing machine and line dried a few times and looks great (even though I picked the funky mustard yellow color). It's been a secondary carry-on item on a few flights. The mesh water bottle/umbrella holders have functioned well for various sizes of store-bought water bottles AND 20oz reusable stainless steel bottles. Love the organizing pockets inside. I originally thought the vertical zipper would be strange, but it is actually very functional and can hold more than it seems. If I could change anything, it would be to make the phone holder on the strap a bit thinner/more sleek looking/help it blend in with the strap a bit more. Only for times when I am feeling vain and would rather have a less sporty/more "fashion forward" strap on my chest. It would just be a nice option. That being said, the zippered phone pouch is really handy, and since it is a little deeper/thicker than phone, can also hold sunglasses INSIDE the zipper. It's a great bag.
