I love this company and brand of personal care products, and that includes this simple but great daily face watch. It has a light scent that doesn’t linger and feels very refreshing. I recommend it to anyone looking for a health and environmentally conscious product.

Excellent face cleanser (clear gel with a light scent). Doesn’t leave the skin feeling dry at all and is thoroughly cleansing.

I LOVE this facewash! The gel foams up beautifully and feels soft and refreshing on my face! The scent is pleasant and mild. My skin feels clean yet not dry. I love the eco-friendly packaging too! This was my first purchase from this brand, and I'm impressed!

I like this product. It scrubs my face very clean and tends to exfoliate it fairly well I like the clean, tingling feeling it leaves. I would have given it five stars except for one thing. I have a beard and mustache which I dye with Just For Men. This product tends to wash the dye out fairly easily so I have to avoid that area of my face when using it. So beware if you have facial hair that you dye.

The wash itself is good. I noticed a moderate improvement in my skin, less dry. I had been using a bar face wash for many years, as I believe that is the best way to cut down on waste, but my skin was drying out, so I needed something more nourishing. This product is good enough, but I need just as much face lotion as I did with my other wash. The company is ethical, but it takes a lot of the wash and lathering to give me the amount of foam to feel clean. Perhaps this is a personal issue, but nonetheless important to me. The packaging is plastic, which itself isn't technically a problem. However, I've discovered that a majority of plastic containers that are advertised to be recyclable doesn't have the properties required to make it reusable, or, if they are, aren't being used in the way designed. That being said, I am transitioning back to a bar face wash, obviously a different brand from what I was using before. It will last far longer than this was will, and the packaging is compostable.

My face feels clean and smooth

I've been trying to simplify my skincare routine and remove artificial fragrance from my cosmetics, even more so since becoming pregnant and my skin has gotten extra sensitive and reactive. This wash has been perfect, calming down my skin and helping me prevent breakouts too. I've been using it for a couple months and am very happy with it. I use thrives face balm too for a little extra moisture and it's a great combo for me.

Reading previous reviews, I think the “strong” smell is clove. Def one of my least favs. However, this also has a light citrus smell, and together they kinda smells like a natural store or co op, which is i really like. A little bit goes a long way, which makes the price even better. (Will be ordering from the site, next) My face feels nice after. Needed a new face wash bc mine got discontinued, and i think this is it.

Subscribe and Save available. I am a long time user of Thrive Exfoliant (2-3 times weekly ). I am a daily user of Thrive Natural Face Wash Gel. Using both as part of my cleaning regime leaves my skin feeling soft, supple and clean. When used together I don't think that my face could feel much cleaner ! I use a pea-sized amount of geI. It runs family freely when the tube is squeezed so care needs to be taken when using it. The gel emulsifies when wet and goes from clear to opaque, with the texture changing from a loose geI to a much tighter cleansing wash that you can feel cleaning any dirt or excess oils away. The wash gel, like the exfoliant has a licorice or aniseed aroma that I enjoy and which dissipates quite quickly after rinsing. If you are not keen on the original formula an unscented variant is also available...I haven't used this as I enjoy the original but am sure that it offers the same great skin cleansing properties. I'm a believer. You should try either variant and you may become a believer too! Recommended.

I’ve been on a quest to find natural grooming products that actually work, and this one is going to be a keeper. This facial wash is really very good. It’s a nice gel that’s spreads easily and lathers well. Don’t need to use much to wash my whole face. I use it everyday after coming home from work and leaves my face super clean and feeling refreshed for the evening. Will purchase again

Good smelling, but not very effective for cleaning the face

My face feels wonderful after using the product. A small amount does the job. Good quality, has a nice fruity scent. Will buy again
