I use these to clean up my manicures as well as to push back my cuticles.They aren't splintery. They come in a nice organized pouch, so you can reach in, grab one, whatever, it's fine. It's not a big messy bag of orange sticks. None of them look split. I haven't had an issue with them splintering. The price isn't "great" but it's not awful -- I didn't get a huge pack, and I would've saved money if I did. As advertised, these are 110 mm (approx 4.3 inches). That is longer than the typical 3” size you get from China but shorter than the typical 6” you get in the US. They are a bit larger diameter than the ones I purchased locally from Sally’s. Overall, I like and prefer this size. Orange sticks are more gentle than a metal tool. They are a one-use disposable product, not intended for reuse. I appreciate the large pack so that I don’t have to conserve.
