It has now broken in 3 ways and despite being under warranty you have to send it back to be examined and the cost of that is over £50 and that’s just for part of it. The first problem we had was that the legs started to come loose on the pull out part. My husband added some screws to reinforce. Then my friend was sleeping on main part and turnEd over in night and it completely came apart at one end. We managed to fix it with spare wood we had as costs too much to send back for inspection and they wouldn’t just replace the broken part.Then last night my 12 year olds friend was round on the pull out bit and the metal legs have literally sheared off. That should not happen to any product in my eyes. She could have hurt herself by falling awkwardly.So despite it looking good and yes the mattress are comfortable the bed is rather poorly built and can’t even hold 12 year old weight it seems. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Broken and inconvenient. *by S***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 October 2020* Initially the delivery was faster than expected. Anyhow for a cheap solution to a 3-in-1 I’m very very happy with this purchase.
