MY PANTRY STAPLE
I LOVE having these on hand at all times. No added sugar, and no grains! Such simple & pure ingredients. I love the flavor. They're definitely not sweetened, but you can always add some vanilla stevia or berry stevia with some berries to your cereal bowl for a nice punch of flavor. I often just put them dry in a mug to snack on while I read or work on my computer. And when I feel a headache coming on, I often snack on them; they really balance your blood sugar and ward off headaches! 10 STARS +

Surprisingly good!
I really like Three Wishes cereal. I was looking for a low sugar, high protein gluten free cereal that didn't taste horrible. I have had the plain and the cinnamon (yum!). I have ordered multiple times now and will continue to do so. It is a bit pricy but less than other cereals in this category and the taste is worth it.

Love this cereal.
I have health issues and have to watch what I eat. Haven’t had cereal for years til I tried this. I love it, I put a little stevia on it and some cinnamon. Reminds me of Apple Jacks but much healthier!

Not as good as the others
Far cry from any of the flavored ones. tastes like nothing. Had to jazz it up with honey and cinnamon and still was bland. Will stick with the other flavors.

Non-grain cereal for those seeking this type of product. Has no taste but is very crispy. Use with various milks or kefir with fruit toppings. Relatively low carb. It's not the cheapest choice, but neither is it the most expensive.

Tastes great
My son has Crohn's disease. He loves this cereal and has it every morning for breakfast. It tastes good and is easy on the stomach.
