Works just great. Only thing is it keeps beeping once something is heated, little annoying, but at least you won't forget to get it out of the microwave. Otherwise, very good product!

As an update, this microwave stopped cooking items after 6 months of use. Electrolux/Frigidaire are going to buy back the unit since there are no dealers close to us to swap it out. I don't think that there is a company anywhere that makes a good microwave any more. 5 dead microwaves in 4 years. About the best you can hope for is to get your money back via warranty when they fail.Purchased after reading some reviews that complained about the clock not properly showing AM/PM. It is not as bad as I had thought. The problem appears to be bad logic by whoever programmed the clock. The AM to PM switch does not take place until 13:00 for some reason, which I can live with. I also had to originally set the time on the clock to the opposite of what I wanted it to be set to (i.e. if you want it set to AM, set it to PM). For some reason it flips to the opposite when the minute changes for the first time. As long as you know how to work around those problems, they are not a big deal. At the end of a cooking cycle, it will beep at you until you press STOP or open the door which can be annoying.Since this is being used as a microwave and not a desk clock I am giving it four stars since it does a good job at cooking food. I hope it turns out to be durable as it seems that you cannot find a microwave that lasts longer than two years any more.

So quiet! I love this micro. I thought it was gonna be too small but it is perfect sized! Cool features through the buttons too. Only drawback (and not much of one) is the door is loud when closing - almost seemingly a slam - no matter how careful you are. Once you get used to that it is a perfect little microwave.

Overall, I liked this microwave. It had a lot of features I really liked. I liked the melt/soften feature and the way you could just hit 1 or 2 and the microwave would start up for one or two minutes. On the Panasonic NN-SN661S I bought to replace it, you have to keep the manual nearby as a reference to lookup the times for things when the Frigidaire had it all pre-programmed. But the door latch began to act up right away. The door just wouldn't open sometimes unless you grabbed it from underneath and tugged on it while pushing the open door button. And sometimes you had to tug hard on it. It wasn't worth taking a chance on keeping it--I returned it and bought a Panasonic. The Panasonic seems solid and better built, but the software isn't as good as the Frigidaire's.

The microwave works and looks great! It looks like it has great features that I can't wait to use. Also after doing a lot of research this one seemed like a much better buy than a Panasonic that can interfere with Wifi/cell reception and occasionally stops working after 6 months to a year.Just be aware THIS IS A LARGE MICROWAVE. It's a bit bigger than expected. We have limited counter space, but in the end I'm still confident that I made the right purchase.BEWARE! Any return requires that YOU PAY for the RETURN SHIPPING and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE from this evVive seller. I really don't appreciate this because I accidentally purchased two microwaves. I really wish they would have called me to confirm the second order! I don't know anyone that would intentionally order two microwaves to the same apartment address. Shipping +40lbs worth of microwave is not going to be cheap...

Works great, the wattage is stronger than last model, so time adjustment is a must!

This product works as expected. It does beep excessively if you do not open it timely otherwise it works just fine.

I bought this for my remodeled home. Works GREAT! We built an inset in the island so that the kids could use it easily. Have had it for a year and a half now and love it.
