Look at a different camera. I have to run an ethernet cable to it to get it to work. I tried to mount a Wifi access point just literally on the other side of the wall inside the garage from where it was mounted. It STILL did not connect reliably. The access point was 3 feet away and the connections would still drop. I now have ethernet running to it and had been working now for 4 months. Until yesterday. I tested the cable up to the camera and it good. Power is getting to it but the router is only showing a link but now activity. So I am going to have to get the ladder out AGAIN to check on it.
