Everything I make in this cooks much faster than my other pans because it conducts heat better. It's easy to clean, but you have to take care to clean them with something non-abrasive like a bamboo wok brush. Also, never cook any acidic food in it as a rule because that will remove the protective coating.

I've been using these for about 2months and I love them so far. They heat well and are true non stick. Also surprised the handle does not get hot although metal...as long as you don't get extremely close to the handle portion that's closely connected to the pan (common sense).Best part for me are the tops! I needed pans with its matching lid. Even the larger size pan lid fits my small wok pan in my cabniet.The only down is the large pan isn't as big as I hoped. For a referencee normal sliced bacon will not lay completely down in this pan they will lay up to the sides of the pan and slightly over/out of it until they cook down.Overall this is exactly what I needed. If this company has an extra large pan with a lid I will definitely purchase.

I really like this set. One advantage of them being lighter weight is that they heat up quick and cool down quick. The non-stick surface is better than teflon. And they work so well on my induction cooktop. I'm considering buying a second set only because occasionally 2 pans aren't quite enough. I didn't rate Durability because I haven't had these long enough. But so far, so good.

I ordered this set because my last set was on its last leg. I'm a guy so we usually wait until the last minute to replace appliances. I was pleased with the heat distribution and the easy to clean interior. The exterior was a little harder to clean. There were a couple burn spots on the outside and I needed to use a steel brillow to clean the residue off. I was a little worried about the paint peeling but so far no issues. The interior paint seems to be chipping around the handle area. Overall good product. Will look out for more pieces. I don't use the utensils but they look nice and compliment the pans.

I absolutely love this pan. It's my favorite piece of cookware I use it daily. I've had it long enough to feel like I can give a fair review. It's got amazing heat distribution, it's nearly a 5 star in ease of cleaning it, it would've been a 5 if not for two things (1) the lid though lovely, it retains a lot of steam and and if you use oils it typically even after a few washes it retails a fog like look. It's crevasses inside if any food pops in them and can be a fuss to get out but not a deal breaker. (2) the 3 metal tabs that seal the handle from inside is a bit of a fuss to get all the bits out but they do come out with a slight bit of elbow grease. Over all though I have yet to have any trouble removing any food from the actual pan. I do recommend using a tiny tiny bit of veggie oil or butter if you are trying an egg and it makes the best pancakes but again use a tiny smidge of oil or butter for a clean removal/flip. (Pro-tip; go low to mid heat with the pancakes pop the glass lid on it and the pancakes rise VERY fluffy but still get nice and crisp and brown on the bottom) It's lightweight but not cheaply so which I like a lot. I don't understand why there's any negative feedback on this pan. It heats very well I think some are going too high on their heat it is non-stick yes, BUT-- it's in my opinion a lighter coat therefore some things might stick especially in high heat. Also please make sure at the bottom of the page in the product description be sure to read the care instructions for the pan. Don't immediately while it's still hot try to soap and water it wipe it out ok, but let it cool a bit then wash because actually ALL non-stick type pans when you do this the coating loses its integrity and over time it'll quickly weaken it and it won't perform well as like I said it'll lose coating. Don't brillo etc. Copper pans are some of the best investments you can buy. And this one is so cost friendly it's well worth the price. I bought mine on sale for $16 but I'd buy it for much more. Highly recommend!!!

I got this set about 2 weeks ago and love it. I got rid of all my pfoa and pfas cookware that is Teflon or Dupont. There is no need to put our health on the line for nonstick ware. Be sure to read and follow the instructions or I have noticed that for example, don't leave it on the element when finished or it ruins the nonstick finish. Or don't put cold water into it right off of the element to clean it while it's hot or same thing. I have ruined some cookware this way before without knowing so, be sure to do those 2 things and you'll keep it a long time. I still refuse to put metal things on any of it even if it says you can. Just ….. there's no reason. So yes, this is indeed a wonderful product and I'd get more of it for this price. Great quality. Impressed.

I own a few pieces of Copper Chef and Red Copper brand cookware and I can tell you, this is just as nice for 40% less! Food slides right off, cleaning is as easy as warm water and a sponge; dry it off and put it away. Mine was packeged very securely, everything was perfect out of the box, used it the same day. After using the other copper cookware I’ve owner for over a year, it was time to replace my entire set. I picked this one because of the savings vs Copper Chef brand and they dont even make a Wok. Other reviewers talk about the non-stick going away over time; they are cleaning them incorrectly with harsh soaps, abrasives, or putting them in the dishwasher. Just warm water and a sponge is all you need.Yes it has a legitimate induction base that is double layered with steel, and also works good on gas (what I have).Although the description calls it a Wok, its not a traditional Wok, more like a big, deep pan with a rounded base, not the traditional Wok shape. Although, i’v cooked with a traditional Wok for years, i actually like this design better because of the more even cooking temps it has over a larger surface area.

It is a non stick pan. It is easy to clean. I LT holds more food than I thought. I would buy it again
