This is working well for my elderly mom. She has a heel sore, and it keeps the sore away from pressure.

Too small! Save your money
Not usable. My elderly mom has the tiniest ankle and it would not fit. It’s pointless.

Very small and rigid. Uncomfortable.
I bought this to keep my heel wound from touching the mattress. 1. The opening is very small! I have a thin calf and could barely get it on. 2. You would still need support under your knee as this device alone will cause hyperextension of your knee, which is painful. I do not recommend this device.

Doesn’t survive being used shape changed
At first it felt very sturdy but after just one night of sleep it’s already beginning to flatten on one side which makes my foot touch the mattress and that’s what I’m trying to avoid, I haven’t tried to send it back because I need something so having to place a pillow underneath the elevator to have my heal elevated

Great thing after total knee replacement
Greatest thing I bought since total knee replacement besides socks aid! You need to get knee to go straight and bend. By placing ankle through this thing (I call it a donut) and lay it on bed, couch, recliner. Keep in mind you want to work yourself up on time. Do 5 minutes or ten minutes then add a little more time because you can over do it. Experience and paid for it but have since working my time and it's great! I can see myself using this for everyday use because I don't see me putting pillow under knee any more.
