The opening fits snug to the transmitter so there is no water seeping in like it seems to do when we use the Dexcom overpatch (and then it all falls off before our 10 days is up). Its great for beach days, pool days, lots of sunscreen and sweating. It rarely peels until your ready to take it off. The peel off back paper seems to be very poorly engineered. It has perforations as if to be some sort of "easy peel" but that's not the case in my experience. Perforations are simply not cut deeply enough to separate which makes the perforations about useless. I end up having to peel off the entire back at once then try to manage getting it over my G6 and lay flat without it sticking to itself or my fingers.
