It's a great pair of shorts, typically for running. Personally, I would not wear these to the gym because they'll ride up my legs and thighs a whole lot, almost giving most people a wedgie.The material is polyester, very much like a windbreaker material. It's stretchy and comfortable and even for me, I can do a pancake on the floor while wearing these and still be comfortable.These are, however, for your typical slim European male. These are tight and not generally meant for bigger people. You will have to order about.. 2x larger than your regular size.Overall, these are nice and comfortable, a bit on the tight side but they have stretch capability for a variety of exercises and activities.
