Elasticated fabric makes them flexible and comfortable and the thin lightweight material keeps them cool. Zip up pockets are ideal for running or the gym, knowing you'll never lose the contents.I followed the size guide and ordered XL for a 34" waist, they fit comfortably and I am quite happy with them, however when the waistband is stretched they do expand a lot and I think a L would have fit adequately. It may be better to go a size smaller than expected if you plan to put heavy items in your pockets, although the drawstring is very effective.The shorts don't have an inner mesh like some, this does not pose a "privacy" problem because they are knee length and avoids the marks you can get from some shorts when the mesh is too tight or digs into your legs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast delivery, good product. *by R***Y on 1 May 2019* Nice material, perfect for the gym.
