It’s hard to find baby socks that are free from polyester. They aren’t cheap but you get what you pay for. I reuse each pair a few times between washes since they are made of wool and naturally stay fresh for longer than socks made with synthetic fibers. They stay on my baby’s feet but aren’t too tight around her chubby little ankles. The seam at the toes is quite thick and seems uncomfortable, so I just put them on my baby’s feet inside out and that eliminates the issue .

Very comfortable and durable wool kids socks. They are soft and warm, not very thick (which is a plus for me). They wash well, but please make sure you use washing detergent for delicate fabrics.

Ok, these are thin, but that is the reason I ordered them as I wanted something for spring, summer and fall. I sized up so we get longer use. They are great and not super tight on my baby right now and his feet stay kinda warm. I knocked off 2 starts because the color Grey is actually brown so it's harder to match with our clothes, and second star is off because after one day wear it piled up. Great fit, great fabric, and stays on the feet! No readjusting every 2nd minute. Just wish they had a version with grippers on bottom too. Perfect socks for spring and cooler summer days
