This stamp pad does a wonderful job.

The black is a true black, it is of the highest quality, the lid is tight so it doesn’t dry out, and is waterproof so you can even use watercolors with it!

I used this for stamping designs on sateen ribbon, which is tricky. The other brand I bought bled badly and ruined those ribbons, but this ink did fine! I only wish I’d tried it first. With any ink on sheer fabric, you need to use it lightly, but this worked well for me.

I like to use this ink pad to “sign” paw prints on cards that are from the dog. The black is very dark and it dries very quickly on cards. Doesn’t smudge too. Not the easiest to wash off paws, but I don’t think I can complain about that since paw prints are not really its intended purpose, and it does say it’s permanent.
