Terrible, waste of money! Awful graphics like we're back in 2000s, literally feels so cheap. Will try and return.

Firstly the delivery driver left parcel outside in the rain, package was soggy and wet as was the inside. After brought in and salvaged tried to use the mask, the codes don’t work, customer service is non existent and it’s no a VR mask it’s a plastic mask and you put your phone in it but the app does not work so it’s basically pointless trash.

I bought this as Christmas present for my 8 year old granddaughter. I planned to give her my old phone since I knew that her parents' phones would be too big. My old phone complies with the requirements on the box (an old Android 5) When I came to download the app I was unable to do because it was incompatible with my device. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that the minimum is Android 7, clearly very different from what is stated on the box (see photo). I am extremely disappointed that have to return item and find another Christmas present.

Honestly this product is just a magnifying glass. And for the price, it's not what I expected. I bought it as a birthday present for my son but now I have to return it. They shouldn't call this thing a VR. I am returning it . I don't care if my the Carton was torn when my son opened it but I am so not keeping this product. Such a waste of money for something 1pence less of £50.

Overpriced for what it is. Game not that great and kids got bored very quickly. Had to use a family members phone as my iPhone 12 Pro Max was too big and didn’t fit. Wish I had paid a bit more for an actual headset rather than this which is just a plastic shell. Avoid!

Was looking to my son having this as he’s a math genius and is also into virtual reality gaming however, I’m very disappointed as the item arrived broken. The button at the bottom of the headset is too loose therefore, it doesn’t work as it’s the main and only button needed to use/set up the headset.

Absolute rubbish, you cant see properly through the eye holes and the cover on ours has broken so £50 down the drain. Do t bother with this item.

Such a disappointment. You need a smartphone as well. We spent 45 minutes setting up . It didn’t even work. The button on the headset was non-functional. Will be returning.

J’ai acheté le Heromask pour mon enfant et c’est une très bonne surprise. Le casque est léger, facile à régler et confortable à porter. L’installation est rapide : il suffit d’insérer le téléphone et de lancer les applications, tout fonctionne sans prise de tête. Les jeux éducatifs sont bien faits, surtout pour apprendre en s’amusant. Les exercices sont variés et l’immersion aide vraiment les enfants à rester concentrés plus longtemps. Mon enfant l’a utilisé plusieurs fois sans se lasser, ce qui est un très bon signe. Le casque est solide, les matériaux tiennent bien, et il fonctionne encore parfaitement après plusieurs mois. Très bon outil éducatif et ludique. À recommander pour apprendre autrement tout en s’amusant.

I recently ordered the Heromask VR Glasses and it arrived on time. The product is exactly as described and the quality is very nice. What impressed me most is the math learning approach — it combines gaming and education in a way that feels fun and engaging. The 3D calculation game makes practicing math exciting, and it really encourages kids to learn while playing. Overall, a great original gift for children aged 5–12. Highly recommended.

Los juegos que ofrece están ideales para reforzar sus conocimientos básicos en matemáticas o en idiomas. Muy dinámico y seguro ya que no se tienen que mover mucho y pueden jugar sentados. Es muy cómodo y fácil para usar. Brinde la experiencia de los juegos de realidad virtual a un costo accesible.

My child loves this game so much, they never get tired of playing it. Every time they pick up their phone, this is the first game they choose. They laugh, they smile, and as a parent, it truly warms my heart to see how happy it makes them. This game brings so much joy into their life; it’s like their own little world where they feel comfortable and happy. It’s one of the things that brightens their day the most.
