Edelmann80332 Power Steering Pressure Hose: Replacement for - 2007-99 Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra; W/4WD, Black

I had to do some rerouting & some bending because couplers were on the wrong ends but I got it installed & working for now. Won't buy again.

I installed it on a 2004 Chevy Silverado 4x4. It was identical to old one that was leaking and it fit perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a power steering hose for their truck.

I installed this hose in July of 2016 and it is March 2017. Worked great and then sprung a leak. Didn't even get a year out of it.

Hi my name is Jerry crouch I bought the wrong part and trying to return it to exchange it for the correct part.

Hose lasted about 6 months, then the metal collar cracked. Since this is a high pressure line, it immediately sprayed all of my PS fluid out, and my pump went shortly afterwards. When i took it apart, i was able to snap the whole top of the collar off with very little force. Had to replace the pump and the hose again, costing me over 200$, on top of what i spent on this. I will not be buying parts from this company again.

So far so good. Installed easily on 2004 Silverado. Proper fit. Well... here I am 7 months later and this hose is leaking. Sigh. Does no one make a decent hose for a Chevy truck?

Blew three acdelco hoses in short periods of time. So far this one is holding up, and for almost half the price.

Started to leak a week after installing it. Was fine till literally one week later.

It was a royal pain to install but works well so far
