This lightweight karate Gi is excellent for any level of training and is made with a durable blend of polyester and cotton. Great for lighter practice or training on a hot day as it is very breathable.  Very comfortable Gi, and the sizes really fit well. Made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester and it comes with a white belt. Gi pants come with a traditional draw string and allow for a great fit.  You can get this karate Gi in almost any size from kids to adults. ※Size Guide: If your height and weight falls in between different sizes, we recommend to choose the larger size. How to wash your Karate uniform? ￭ When you are washing your karate gi always put the washing machine on the coldest setting. ￭ Avoid hot settings because it will damage the cotton fabric of your Karate gi. Never wash above 25 degrees. ￭ Avoid using bleach, vinegar and bicarbonate of soda., because it will affect the longevity of your karate gi, just use simple laundry detergent. ￭ Never iron your Karate uniform, this would shrink it in no time.
