The lid was open
I was excited to receive the jam but the jar was left open and leaky. You can't even process a return on this item.

We love this jam and used to get it from our local Sainsbury’s until they stopped stocking it. It is good to be able to get it through Amazon but is an expensive way of buying it so I’m trying to find another local shop that stocks it.
