As a sound engineer, I keep gaff tape on hand constantly, but a recent project at my house as really put this tape to the test. I ran 50 feet of HDMI, USB, speaker wires and extension cords, and my intention has been to cover them with racetrack, which is partially completed. Meanwhile, 6" strips of this gaff tape has been holding the cables to the top of my walls for the last 3 months. When I've had to move it, it comes off without a trace, and otherwise, they have been holding strong all this time with no signs of slacking off.Great stuff, and lately it's been at a much more competetive price. This is pricey but worth it. I've tried other lower-priced brands and immediately regret it. This is the real pro stuff. It's sticky, peels off easily, and tears apart easily. Only one minor con, it may tear off a bit of paint or floor paint. That's how strong the adhesive is.

The thing I like the most about this tape is that it has an adhesive that is not too damaging to walls and or flooring.

Tried several other types of tape but none stick to a plasticized / vinyl “cloth”, I'm using for a project, like this did. From feeling this adhesive and seeing it actually work for me I feel it would be suitable for any inside requirements.*Some may think it’s too difficult to remove tape from the roll - not really hard at all tho’. It’s just how sticky it is.

Item received as ordered, but adhesive side doesn't stick as expected. I've used this same type of tape before without the problem.

Best tape on the market. I use this particular tape to seal off the ac air filters in my house. If you don't air tight seal the edges of your air filters your wasting your time and money as air under pressure will always go to the easiest flowing area. Most ac metal filter holders in the wall are notoriously sloppy fit.So if you are not sealing the filters that will usually mean the input of the main ac unit where the inlet chase is the coils will be pretty fouled by dust. They will need to be cleaned.
