I have given this to my (now) 12-year old chihuahua daily since I brought her home in 2023. She used to be hated by most and called “demon dog”. This helped her to become safe to be with at home and she got better over time during daily walks. I started giving her one in am & pm, and a few months ago dropped it down to one in am. If anyone has a French bulldog, you know they can get crazy and make hilarious noises. They also tend to have separation anxiety which leads to crazy amounts of barking and burrowing when the owner leaves - and this all describes our Frenchie, Gimli. We have been trying all sorts of calming techniques including sprays, collars and treats. I’ve bought numerous treats now. While our picky German Shep mix won’t touch these treats (and doesn’t really need them), our Frenchie gobbles these down so it’s clear he likes the taste. We have given these to him on days we are going to be gone a long time, right before we vacuum, and when people are coming over - all situations where he gets intensely hyper, barks and generally spazzes out. They seem to calm him at least some when we leave or when people are over. We have noticed his barking doesn’t go on as long or as loud. He still goes crazy with the vacuum - that will prob never change. Honestly, it’s a huge feat to calm our guy down at all so bravo to these. They are on the expensive side, but not by much compared to many others.

I got these mostly for my senior dog cause our new puppy is super energetic and it stresses her out but it’s not working for her at all. I even thought I would try them on the pup to see if it would chill her out a little but it did absolutely nothing. They’re both labs so maybe that has something to do with it. They like the flavor and how they taste and stuff but they really only act as a normal treat and nothing else.

These hemp treats help my elderly dog chill and seems to help with her aches. They are soft and I never have to beg her to eat them. Good quality product and the bright green container is pretty cute.

They don’t work on my dog. She doesn’t calm down. In fact it makes her wilder. She just jumps around and runs around like she is on a field. She doesn’t get any more.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’m a return customer for these treat. They are a good value and my Labrador loves them. Keeps him calm and sleepy during the day when we’re not home. If you are looking for a calming treat that actually works, get these. My dog is around 105 pounds and I give him 3-5 treats in the morning. Works like a charm

I have 2 small dogs that started to have real issues with thunder, fireworks etc. They just freak out and act distressed. Once I got these hemp treats, things got better. A lot better. If I have some prediction, I dose the dogs up with a couple of these and they can get through the racket with minimal stress. I tried CBD treats which cost more than these and these are superior. For what these cost and the problem they solve, they are a true blessing. Also the pups like these like a regular treat. I've used 2-3 jars of these over the year or so and there haven't been any negatives.
