A Gym in a Travel 🎒 Bag
I absolutely love this product! My previous band was old and eventually broke... I used it for a full body workout. When I began shopping for a new band, my search lead me to purchase this one. The company provides the different grip handles for different exercises and extremities. The fact that the bands are exchangeable along with the option of using several at a time depending on your preferences for weight training is a major plus (➕) !!!. Its easy to pack for travel and its durable. A travel bag, door grip, and a pamphlet of suggested exercises come in the package. Worth the investment... Especially when the pandemic started and everything got shut down. My gym is now with me wherever I go.. Did I already state that I Am Very Happy 😊 with this product? You will be also.

Just as good as any “endorsed” brands.
I use these bands in conjunction with dumbbells but with creativity there isn’t much you can’t do with these.I’ve been using them everyday for a week and they are just as the day I got them. And I don’t go easy with them. I did some fast and heavy woodchoppers with them and they held up great.Only thing that isn’t the best is the anchor. It works fine but if you slam the foam part in the door frame it’ll probably brake. And door anchoring isn’t really good anyway. If you have any other way to anchor it I suggest not using the door.

Do the Resistance band resist pound per pound? Read and find out.
I tested each resistance band for the weight/resistance they are supposed to pull. The main part of this review is about the bands stated resistance compare to its actual true resistance. Please read contents below and skip to whichever area you are interested in.1. Introduction (why it matters)2. Resistance band test.3. Quality of product materials.4. How it compare to other resistance band I have tested.5. Is it worth it to make the purchase?1. INTRODUCTION (WHY IT MATTERS)Resistance bands are very popular and relatively cheap exercise equipment. Do they meet the specifications that are stated? When I am working out, my mind is on the workout and the thought of the gym equipment may not meet specification never ever cross my mind. If the equipment works and is not broken and I feel good using, than all is fine. In the past I never ever thought of testing these equipment, I just use them. Does it matter? The answer is yes it does matter. The numbers are there for a reason (10lbs, 20lbs, etc.). For me it is to accurately tell me how I am progressing and safely use it. There are many different types of exercise out there from building muscles, losing weight to recovery exercises and more. I had knee injury and in my physical therapy recovery exercise it is especially important to follow direction and know how much weight/resistance is involved. Too little and I am cheating myself and recover much slower. Too much and I may hurt myself and make my injury worst. This also applies to muscle building, losing weight and any exercise.2. RESISTANCE BAND TEST:One of the few methods that can test the bands resistance is by using a scale. I am using a luggage scale that goes up to 50 lbs.Setting up the test:- First I test the luggage scale to make sure its functions correctly. I weighted an orange 20 pound kettle bell strap to an ankle strap (got to say the ankle strap is pretty nice) using my luggage scale. The result holds the luggage scale to be fairly accurate to about half a pound. Good enough for the test so we move on.- I measure the length of the resistance bands including the carabineer clips (about 4 feet).- Then I install the door anchor to the door and added on a carabineer clip (about 6 inch total length).- Now I will take a resistance band and connect it to the door anchor and the other end to the luggage scale.- The resistance band was pulled approximately 9 feet distance (used a measuring tape to show distance) away from the anchor door which is slightly more than double the length of the resistance band (see picture). Now go see the results of each bands actual resistance.Note: I uploaded all the test result pictures.1. 10 lbs. band: Stated 10 pounds, but actual resistance only about 5 pounds. Half of what it’s supposed to be.2. 20 lbs.: Stated 20 pounds with a disappointing 5-5.5 pound actual resistance weight.3. 30 lbs.: Result shows 9 pounds of actual resistance compare to the stated 30 pounds.4. 40 lbs.: 11 pounds of actual resistance.5. 50 lbs.: 14 pounds of actual resistance.Wow! Are you shocked with the results? Did not expect the results to be off by this much? I tested other brands of resistance bands with the same stated pounds of resistance.3. QUALITY OF MATERIALS:- The resistance bands are fairly well made and consistent with each band. The bands are smooth to the touch and not rough or sticky. Overall the quality is there.- The ankle straps are plain with no logos on it. Seems strong enough, but no cushion inside, so it may be somewhat rough on the ankles.- The Door anchors are twice the size of most of the others I have tested. Quality material and holds strong to the door.- The two handles are average cushioned handles. Not much to say other than it’s just like any other handles out there. That is it here.- Overall the quality of this product is pretty good. But I haven’t used it for long, so this is just the initial overview.4. RESISTANCE BAND COMPARISON: LXUEMLU VS. OTHER BRANDSThe results of the resistance test on these bands gave me a surprise to say the least. Was the outcome one random negative result or could it be more common than we think. I decided to buy other brands of resistance bands with same weight resistance and very similar accessories, price point and star rating.I am not going to provide too much detail information for comparison. I did the same test for the other brands and to my surprise the results were similar. I did take pictures of those tests like I did this brand and wrote reviews similar to this one. The similarity results of the test show that the lower level resistance bands below 20lbs are slightly off, but the higher resistance level are off by more than half. If you work with 5, 10,15lbs resistance bands than you should be ok, but anything from 20lbs resistance and above may be way off. This is the result from multiple brands I have tested and not all resistance brands out there.5. IS IT WORTH THE PURCHASE?For me I felt cheated, because the most important aspect of resistance bands is the resistance it provides. I do not expect the test to be 100 or even 90 percent accurate, but it need to fall into a more acceptable range and not less than half of what is stated. I would have been ok if it was even 80 percent. Your exercise and expected result will not be accurate, because your gains were cut short. Most people never tested, thought of testing or know how to test resistance bands. Consumers that trust sellers are getting the short end of the stick sometimes. I hope my review brought some new insight and was helpful to you and your decisions on future purchases. Please stay safe, happy shopping and stay healthy.

Great Bands
Just started my own garage gym as sadly the virus has forced my gym to shut down for good. I've had other band sets that snapped or tore easily, so I did alot of research before choosing this set. I wanted something to use in the meantime for chest flys and what not until I could build a proper pulley system, but after using these I will now incorporate them together. These bands are very sturdy and easy to hook up for numerous exercises from head to toe. They are also great for getting a pre or post workout stretch. The handles have excellent grip and the material holding the loops together are strong. Definitely the best resistance band set I've owned.

Excellent for competitive baseball
My 12 year old plays competitive baseball, and his physical therapist recommended specific arm & core exercises. These bands fit his need perfectly, you can clip them to any fence or with the second handle leverage a pole or even your feet to do chest press or shoulder press. He's happy, uses them daily, and for the price have held up well in the Hot Houston outdoor elements.

I recommend these resistance bands without reservation!
I ordered them as soon as our state's governor closed the gyms because of Covid. They were an essential part of the workouts that I did for many months in my garage. Now, post-lock down, these resistance bands accompany me on every overnight trip that I take!

Fast shipping and great option if you can't go to a gym
I tried buying similar products and they all took my money but never sent any details about shipping. A month a half went by and never received my product and finally offered refunds. I decided to trust Amazon Prime and I was not disappointed with how fast it shipped to my house (less than a week). The product is amazing! I've used for every body part and it has helped me stay in shape. Great range of motion plus this is one of the few products that feature 150 lbs (most cap at 100 lbs.) A great option during this quarantine!

Gets the job done. Corona Gains
The bands were great. The amount of tension was enough for me. No gym it's ok. This will get the job done. I like that it has handles x2 and leg straps x2. The ease of placing it in the door 8 out of 10. The only things I do not like is the clips at the end of the bands could have been about 1/4 inch wider where the nylon bunches up and slides around, the other issue is the legs straps which are a bit unforgiving and could use padding so it does not destroy your legs or just wear joggers. Great product.
