Active, inactive... Thanks!** A: They are very good. It helps cool my forehead when I have a migraine.  **Q: Is there any sort of smell from these? It seems like all the other brands have some sort of smell and that is the last thing I need.** A: There is a slight menthol smell. I've purchased something similar in the US at the same time that was just AWFUL, didn't stick to my skin, and didn't help at all, so my hopes that this would do anything weren't very high. To my utter shock, this actually sticks to my skin and DOES HELP! It doesn't kick the migraine completely away, but it is very cooling and soothing, and it eases some of the tension caused by the migraine. If you can catch your migraine quickly enough, it can keep it at bay. I will be buying more, and I am a chronic migraine sufferer.
