It is a great workout
I sent this to my friend because he wanted a curl bar and weight set to get back into shape. He was totally surprised when it arrived at his house. He put it together and has been using it everyday. He said it works all his muscle groups and has been a wonderful addition to his morning routines.

Priced for its quality
It’s functional and priced accordingly to its quality. Bolt on weight claps never stay tight but that is typical for this size weight. I use it for my gym on my work boat and it is great for multiple workouts. Get what you pay for. The weights/plates will crack if dropped so make sure not to slam weight down.
