Vanilla meal shake protein
It states it's a meal replacement but from the nutritional values, it seems more of a protein shake. Great protein content for just 87kcal per serving. Good taste and mixes really well both with water and milk (or substitutes) and does not create lumps.

Container very small couple of scoops and it's finsh for the price you paid simply not value for money in my opinion

Misleading size
The tum.looked an OK size when it arrived upon opening its actually only half full so really a waste of packaging to make it look bigger than it is.There is no real information on the tub for ratio of mixing it states to use one scoop or 3 heaped tea spoons 25g of powder then lists what you can mix it in but no measurements of how much liquid to mix with.I have meal replacement shakes regular so I went off the standard 250ml of skimmed milkMixed it in a shaker bottle and it was awful just tastes so sweet and powdery the powder didnt mix or dissolve in the milk at all it was undrinkable not pleasant
