Very Low Quality............ *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2016* Bought this product for my 5 year old son as a birthday gift. didn't expect much for the price but I expected a lot more than I got. First thing was the SD card. It says it will accept up to a 32Gb card so that is what I bought. The card just loosely fits into the exposed slot on the back and will easily fall out. On top of that, the tablet only views the card as 5 Gb. I tested card in my camera and it shows 32 Gb.Secondly, The tablet did come charged which was nice so I logged in and planned to install some games so it would be ready when he opened it. Tried to open Google Play Store to no avail. just a spinning loading bar even though my Wifi was connected and we were experiencing no problems anywhere else in the house. I went into app settings and cleared the cache for the play store and tried again. it opened and I was able to purchase and install one game. When the game installed I went to go download another game and again play store wouldn't open. I tried the same process but this time it loaded a play store that didn't even seem like the real store. it had goofy apps and when a search was conducted for popular apps it returned foreign versions of the apps. very odd and discomforting considering I am giving this tablet my debit card info.I gave up on more apps and decided to give the game a shot that I downloaded. It was some new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle game my son likes. It took forever to open the app and when it did finally open it froze on the title screen and I had to hard reset the tablet. that's as far as I got. I don't want anyone to make the same mistake as I did! My kids wanted a tablet so bad, I looked on Amazon because I always order their clothes and different items and everything I have ever purchased until now has been excellent.When the four tablets I ordered arrived my husband and I turned them on automatically I could see that they had previously been used before they got here because there were apps already opened, such as games, facebook, messenger.....Then they got HOT!!! I don't mean just warm they got so hot we had to put them down, well we waited about 15mins and then tried it again, they would barely work, kept freezing, and getting hotter and hotter.... they all four had been used they were not NEW like the company lists on this website!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER do that again! I spent $200 on pieces of garbage! You can imagine how my little ones felt (Heartbroken) to say the least! BUT they should really be ashamed of themselves for selling such a piece of crap to people that trust in them for a good product! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Well, its OK I guess *by N***U on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2015* It works but the screen resolution is not great. The battery life is pretty poor, and it has odd function peculiarities, and its WIFI range is rather limited compared to several other wireless devices I have in use. If I had it to do over again I might have decided on a better item.
