Pagan Ways Tarot by Anna Franklin (2015-05-28)

This is a beautiful deck, with colourful and stunning cards featuring people of all ages. The imagery is easy to read for a beginner or anyone familiar with the Rider-Waite system. All the Minor Arcana cards are pictorial and each card in the deck has a keyword at the bottom. The cards are just the right size - big enough to admire the artwork, but not so big as to make shuffling difficult for those with smaller hands.It comes with a detailed book (instead of a Little White Book) which explains about the journey of the Fool from a Pagan perspective, before looking at each card and its Pagan symbolism, in turn. The cards are shown in full-colour in the book. The box it comes in is pretty sturdy, with a magnetic close lid, and the book fits in there too.Overall, if you're a Tarot reader and/or collector looking for a deck with Pagan themes, this set would be an excellent choice.

This Tarot deck has beautiful artwork and the book is quite useful but only briefly discusses five spreads. The box the book and deck came in is also quite nice, made of good quality card. However I cannot say the same for the actual tarot cards, which I feel are flimsy for the cost. I have several Tarot decks and I expected this deck at the price, to be manufactured from much more robust and hardwearing card. This deck most likely will not stand the wear and tear of other decks and will not therefore have as long a life. This deck is therefore disappointing overall, notwithstanding the lovely artistry. At the end of the day, the quality of the cards is what really counts if one is intending to use them for readings for people other than oneself.

I have many tarot decks and this is one of my favourites. It is beautiful and it is a deck that can be used for readings but also used for anyone who is on a path of self discovery and spiritual growth, I have found it very easy to connect to and read intuitively. The readings are very accurate..It is a gorgeous deck and i would recommend it..

These cards are nice and strong but a bit dark. I would have prefer if they were a bit lighter. They r great nonetheless. I like the imagery. Very easy to read.

Bought for me as a gift, these cards are beautifulky illustrated and very intuitive. The book is quite helpful and is of great quality. Good for a beginner or more experienced reader due to word prompts on cards and imagery.

An Amazing Deck, Such Beautiful energy, and always very accurate

I have many tarot sets that sit on dusty shelves and which don't seem to hold my attention for very long. However, I was really looking forward to the release of this one and it has become my absolute favourite - it's not sitting on my dusty shelf!The deck is beautifully designed with a lot of thoughtful symbolism. It explores "The Fool's Journey" through life and as it does so, it reveals to us that our experiences are universal and, more importantly, surmountable. There is hope and courage in the deck for those who are looking for answers or for the seeker of the spiritual.Those who are on a path of self discovery will really benefit from studying this deck as on deeper levels it is transformative, helping the journeyman to see clearer through many issues which present themselves in life.I've used it as a divination tool and found it to be really accurate, with a lot of description so the nature of situations presented can be clearly seen and solutions found. The people I have read the tarot for have been very impressed.So, in a nutshell, really, really good, with beautiful artwork and great insight.
