How big is each block?

Each block measures 7.75" x 2.5" x 1.5"

Has anyone had trouble sliding the wood blocks against each other as you're pulling them out of the tower? There should be very little friction

We have taken this to many family events and had tons of fun! Never any problems, but sometimes it's a tight fit because of the way people pull them out, but that's part of the fun!

Does the tropical hard wood set come numbered & with the White Board?

No, it is not numbered and does not come with the white board.

Does natural wood vs stained effect the ease of removing the blocks at all?

Hello, all wood is lightly varnished and has a smooth finish to easily remove the blocks. Should you need further assistance, please use the Seller Page.
