Just use the reverse movement on the date set to correct the Day display. Most seiko’s have an alternate language for the Day display. It takes two changes for each Day to keep the same language. **Q: Does it glow in the dark?** A: Yes it does. And it glows very good. I have more expensives seikos with better lume although. **Q: Can I swim with it?** A: Only if you have swimming lessons first. The water resistance is adequate for pools, but diving depth is anything LESS than the stated depth in meters on the face. Always make sure the stem is pushed in all the way and screwed down before you hit the water.
