Have bought several of these for myself and family, lovely gifts for girls/ladies, all Wrendale designs but different makes but all excellent

In the past hour I have received this visibly used, second hand mug!Hard to capture the use inside of the mug, but needless to say I'm not impressed.Meant to be a Christmas gift.Would appreciate customer services contacting me on this matter. Thanks

At first this cup was a great gift, my fiancee loved it however the cup isn't very durable and cracked whilst making a cup of tea, apparently kettle water is to hot for a cup 😒
