The media could not be loaded. Take your time to arrange them to hide some dodgy looking end bits. Fully heat resistant to the naked flame. Working well in my bio ethanol fire. A bit pricy but still recommended.

I used the product for my coal effect gas fire and it does the very well indeed, although i shall have to purchaseanother set as the log fire needs to be bigger.

They are too small so misleading. Just state that they a miniture logs completely useless I am returning them not worth the money. They are just too small is insane!!

Firstly, these came in a pack of 10, not the stated 12 as advertised on the listing. Customer services replied to my query straight away and offered me a replacement. However, the second box only contained 10 as well. That aside, I could not fault the customer service, they've been very responsive and helpful. The logs themselves are very nice and realistic, they're the best looking ones that I've used to date, and look great on my fire.The only quibble I have is, the logs that have been warmed over the flame seem to have softened to the point that I can push a dent into it, and feels like I could even make a hole. I'm not sure whether the flames are disintegrating the logs somehow. I am 100% certain they're not ceramic, and more likely to be fiberglass, which would explain why they have softened. I don't know enough about them to know if they're still safe to use, I think it's something I'm going to have to research. In the meantime, I'm trying to keep them away from the flame, which is a shame because that's the reason why I wanted them.

I bought the set of logs because of the large 11 inch log, since a previous purchase from a different seller had logs that were tiny. The description says '12 Pieces' in the main text and the photo shows 12 logs. The package I received only has 10 items and the large logs are missing. Amazon pointed out that in the small print it does say 10, and offered to send me a return label, but I need something in my gas fireplace so have declined the offer. The description in the seller's page is misleading. Beware.

I used this in a 55000 BTU portable fire pit. They are small however they work pretty good in the small fire pit. If you have a larger fire pit or fireplace they would make great additional pieces but would not be big enough on their own.

These are miniature logs. If you held your two hands side by side palms up, you can fit all of the logs, stacked as they would in a fire in the palms of your hands. I am not sure where you would use these tiny logs. Perhaps over a miniature camp stove? The pictures of logs in a fireplace is completely misleading. If you set a coffee can in the center of an empty fireplace that is about the amount of room, if stacked in a teepee, these would take up.

These logs helped enhance and displace fire for more activity and shimmer.
