Bought 3 of these because of the lumbar support, relatively smaller footprint and the fat memory cushion. My (15+ year old) office chair's seat cushion was worn down, thin, and made it uncomfortable after 30 minutes of sitting. It was also too tall and rigid in the back without the lumbar support you see standardized in modern chairs. This is not a $400 chair but it feels good to sit long hours in, without breaking the bank, but also not compromising the essentials in an office chair. So far the chairs are working great and when you have to move them around, the arm rests fold up and there are handles to easily lift the chair. It is also light enough and is not cumbersome when you do need to move it. I will probably upgrade the wheels to the roller blade type at some point. We are all under 5'6". I have sat in some nicer chairs, but I don't have hundreds to spend on a single chair. This chair served as a nice balance of price, quality and value.
