Only emitting sound from the tweeter. Customer service is only an email. No receipt or confirmation that email was received or automatic ticket number. No public JGA Electronics website. DON'T BUY!!!!

I'm on the fence with these. I did quite a bit of research prior to buying, had a friend that had a pair, so it wasn't a blind choice. I bought to bring some tunes to my workout room: mission accomplished. Now, back to my headline: I've owned for about 4 months, no issues, however, for the size of the cabinet, the speakers just don't "rock". So far, the only thing I've figured out with the radio is to manually move through the stations to find one that comes in clearly. I feel like there is a way to "program" the stations but still haven't figured that out. Understand that one speaker is passive (worthless without the active speaker). While it makes sense to pair this way, would be nice to have a pair of singles that I could use various places, however, I understand it may be a marketing thing...For occasional tunes or for a smaller venue, these work great. I'm contemplating getting a different set (Pyle or ?) just to see if I can get more volume. It may simply be a "get what you pay for" situation. I paid around ~$275 delivered, so I keep that in perspective. Many "professional" series loudspeakers are easily $500+ and most still need amplification. All things considered, decent product for the money (a bit cheaper quality, but I'm right back to you get what you pay for). I'd give them a thumbs up, but would like to compart to a couple others...

I have to say JGA customer service is SUPERB!!!!! I had a issue and it was resolved above my expectations.

what mostly i disliked is that the system can't handle power and base, hard to connect to the bluetooth, the microphone is made very cheap and it makes a lot of distortion. The things that i like about it is that the price is reasonable. easy to moved around and take with you. when both combined using the connectors its pretty good power.

They sounds horrible !!!! And they don’t accept no return. I only have them for 4hrsAnd i have a gig coming up this weekend
