Why did you pick this product vs others?:I rate Now products highly because they actually include the ingredients they advertise

Zero taste or smell. I am taking two a day, hoping that it will help my TPO numbers go down. Although not sure it will work, since it was the powder version that helped other people. But thought I would try this. My next labs arent until November, so I can't say if its working. Other than that, there are many health benefits with Black Seed Oil.

Will always choose this brand. It’s cleaner than some others.

Haven't taken it enough times to tell if it is doing anything at this point, but I can say it hasn't had an bad side effects so far either. Time will tell I guess. But I do trust the NOW products!

I have been reading so many articles on the benefits of Black Cumin Seed Oil and so glad I found this. I would not buy any other supplement but the NOW brand since they are of the highest quality and best ingredients. I feel more energetic, and I know my heart is loving me for this. Great find!
