Beautiful planner, but dirty, scratched and damaged!! Very disappointed

The box it came in looks like it's from a garage sale. It's worn in lots of places. I'm not talking about the shipping box but the box the item comes in from the manufacturer. There's also some discoloration of the leather.Considering the cost it I'm not very happy with the quality. This was meant to be a birthday gift.

Whilst the product looks nice the quality of paper was lovely the layout suited my needs though the cover/casing was discoloured the gold was slightly scratched and it looked like i had received that last one in the warehouse- box was also damaged on the corner but thankfully it was not a gift....in all honesty i feel the item was at its original price grossly overpriced and even at reduced price i still feel too much. I cannot leave a positive review but can leave a mid range one.

I'm so impressed with this planner, from the second I opened it up I could just feel the quality. It's presented in a wonderful, hard cardboard, magnetic clasp box, with the diary inside wrapped in tissue, it feels very luxurious and the attention to detail is fantastic.The diary itself, wrapped in a faux leather cover, which is removable so can be used again and again, has a popper fastening to secure the book closed and has useful pockets inside to hold papers and whatever else you need.The diary itself is fun and organised, it has plastic dividers if needed, one of them doubles up as a rule with measurements, it has a clear plastic wallet inside for papers and a fun sheet of stickers depicting things like 'Day off', a bin lorry, a cocktail, a cinema ticket, party and more so you can accessorise the inside with these to mark special or important days.Throughout the book there's fun and inspirational quotes, parts to do 'To-Do' lists, parts to write about the future in 2022, blank notebook pages and so much more, in my eyes it's the perfect diary and very clear and easy to use.I'd definitely recommend this diary, for £25 it's more than I would pay for a diary but you have the handy cover to use again and again, if it was genuine leather i'd prefer it as it may wear with use, but for now, it's exactly what I needed and I love it!
