REVIEW UPDATE: After receiving a product with a broken seal and leaking powder, I returned my Super Greens to Amazon and wrote in my original review that the product arrived unusable. At that point, the manufacturers promptly contacted me and showed excellent customer service, immediately sending me a new bottle of greens. The new one was perfectly sealed and arrived in good order. So I've been using it and now provide up my updated review below. Taste: Unlike some, I don't have any problem at all with the taste. Perfectly fine. It also smells fine. Consistency and mixing: After trying many times to use the product by mixing it in with hot water, I found that it never fully dissolves. There's always some powder residue left at the bottom and sides of my cup when I'm done, which is a pain to clean. I therefore mix the powder with yogurt, which works much better. It mixes completely with yogurt and the taste compliments the vanilla yogurt that I use very well. Just know that you won't have much luck with hot water. Ingredients I was concerned about the fact that Super Greens contains Green Tea Powder, which normally has more caffeine that coffee. This is because I'm highly sensitive to caffeine and won't be able to sleep at night if I have green tea or coffee even as late as 2 PM. However, the manufacturers state that their green tea formulation has no caffeine. I was highly curious to test this out myself, by having a scoop of powder in my drink in the early afternoon, then another one late afternoon the next day, to see if it would affect my sleeping. I'm happy to report that the manufacturers are in fact correct, and the powder does not in fact contain caffeine. I know this because it does not impact my sleep quality at all, which it would if it contained caffeine. Additionally, I like that these greens contain Inulin and Bromelain, which the other powder I was considering does not. It seems like there's a very good mix of stuff in here. Customer Service Nested Naturals was very prompt and courteous in sending me a replacement powder and following up multiple times to make sure it arrived fine and that I was satisfied with it. They deserve credit for that. Considering all of the above, I am thus updating my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Recommended product.

Earlier this year, a friend asked me to join her in a 30 day green cleanse challenge, which involved consuming a daily liquified blend of leafy greens such as spinach or kale with fruit. Being a health conscious guy who wanted to lose a few pounds and regulate my weight, I jumped at the challenge and was surprised at the excellent end results (noticeable weight loss, better energy, healthier feeling). The only problem: buying large portions of fresh greens to blend was expensive. Also, some of the fresh greens went bad quickly and had to be thrown away. I loved the green cleanse and wanted to continue it, but I didn't want the expense or the regular loss of fresh produce. Then one day while looking on Amazon for a fat burner, I stumbled across Super Greens by IntraNaturals. The ingredients seemed almost exactly like the fresh green blend I'd been using, except in powder form. I was intrigued. I immediately began finding out everything I could about the product. I checked Amazon reviews, I read online articles, I even watched YouTube videos to see how others liked it. Again, it sounded exactly like the fresh blend I was already doing except in powder form. When I realized Super Greens was around $20 bucks, I decided I had nothing to lose to at least give it a try. I'm glad I did! Super Greens has Spinach, Collards, Kale, Parsley and other greens, as well as Raspberry, Blueberry, Grape and other fruits...all in a concentrated powder form. It also has Spirulina and Probiotics, which I use all the time individually. As soon as the package arrived, I tossed a fresh banana, some mixed frozen fruit, a little soy milk (optional), some water and 1 scoop of Super Greens into my Nutribullet and blended it up into a smoothie. It tasted exactly like the fresh blend I'd previously been doing, for less than half the cost! But did it work the same? After a few weeks now of regular use, I'm happy to report YES IT WORKS! I've maintained the weight level I want, I feel regularly energized and, my green "human waste" proves it's thoroughly cleansing my system. Putting some on my finger, I noticed the powder has a somewhat sweet flavor to it with no bitter after taste. In fact, I even tried it once without any fruit or additional ingredients, but just a scoop by itself in a cold cup of water -- and it still tasted pretty good (not thick or chalky). Because it's a powder, I'm not having to go to the grocery store every other day for fresh produce, or throwing away produce that's gone bad. The best part is, it's affordable. If you've been wanting to include more green food in your life, if you want to regularly cleanse your system of lingering toxins, if you want to feel more energized and healthy, and if you don't want to go broke doing it, I definitely recommend giving Super Greens a try. At about $20 bucks for a container, you really have NOTHING to lose! After buying the first one, I received this product to try for free in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. All opinions expressed are genuine and my own.

I'm pretty picky with what goes in my body, but I am also not made of money, so I always look for affordable products. I was looking up probiotic powders and got sponsored ad from supergreens and clicked on it to find that it carried 1.67 billion probiotics plus has the benefits of being non-gmo, vegan, 3rd party tested, and has superfoods backed by science, digestive enzymes, fiber, and alkalizing blends. I have tons of stomach problems and mostly associated with candida over growth and these ingredients help prevent overgrowth and give me an energizing boost without needing caffeine or coffee in the morning. Ive felt way better since taking this supplement and its help curb the candida death radicals from creating more problems while trying to correct my system. The liver is protected with the immune blend and the alkalizing blend helps maintain my ph for a happy and healthy biome. I did have some diarrhea while taking it, but its from the candida being killed so fast and all the radicals being released.. Google it, its a thing! But after a few days I was back to normal and regular without complications. I feel lighter, sharper, and more energetic. This stuff is great and has been very effective with my candida overgrowth. Taste- Most of the superfoods have sweetness to them and help aid with the flavor, such as gingo leaf and green tea extract (matcha packets), acai juice, Luo han guo, blueberries and raspberry. It's not candy sweet, but its got a sweeter taste than most powders and makes it more palatable. It honestly tastes like a glass of matcha latte. I mix it with soy or regular milk and I actually crave it in the morning. If you aren't used to unsweetened green tea or matcha it may take a little time to like it. It took me awhile to like matcha lattes and now its all I drink. It would mix well with juices as well. But it tastes good. And even better because its a green smoothie. Ingredients I could spend all day citing all the benefits of everything in the powder.. but I won't. But if you are like me and Google everything you will find everything in this powder has at least a minimum of 3 benefits and support your whole body!! There aren't any fillers. Its non-gmo, vegan, and soy free meaning less chances for it to irritate your tummy or cause inflammation. Plus without the fillers, you won't get the burping most supplements give you. But, thats what is great about the digestive enzymes, because it helps digestion and break down things easier so you don't get bloated or have negative gi issues. Its 3rd party test, so everything is proven and not a gimmick to make you buy it.

** Note: Recently I ran out of Greens so I ordered more. Meanwhile, I went to the dentist for a cleaning & it was recommended I use mouthwash again. When the Greens came, I took my usual scoop & it tasted awful. Finally figured out it was the mouthwash making it taste bad (immediately after brushing & rinsing). Lesson learned, don't use directly after brushing & rinsing! Otherwise, really happy with Super Greens formula & taste. The high amount of monk fruit adds a pleasant taste & smell, however, if you are someone who drinks sodas & sweet beverages then it may be an adjustment. Consequently, If you do drink sweet drinks you really need this powder. The blend of probiotics along with balanced greens provides a steady blood sugar level throughout the day, I feel good, better than ever actually. About a year ago I adjusted my sugar intake to one soda a day, the rest of the day drinking water. For myself, I find it curbs my appetite and keeps bathroom tasks smooth sailing, the way your gut is meant to work digesting food (along with my daily does of psyllium fiber). I have used a daily greens supplement for 2 years and my blood work a few weeks ago was incredible- all cholesterol numbers were stellar, something my doctor & I had thought was not achievable without a heavy dose of statins; proved that theory wrong! Taste....well....you will adjust to it. The monk fruit gives it a good smell and decent taste, I mix with a little of my morning O.J. & water and its fine. Other greens supplements such as Barleen's Greens were equal IMO, however the quality & price of Super Greens is more affordable. Stick with it, give it at least a month and experience well-being for yourself!

The photo on the left, is from the first canister that I purchased, and received on May 8th 2017. The photo on the right, is from the second canister that I purchased, and received on June 1st 2017. After opening my second canister, I noticed immediately that the color was different from what I've been drinking these past few weeks. I'm not sure what that means, if anything, but I just wanted to share the inconsistentcy. Personally, this product has not made me feel any sort of change, bad or good. Has not given me energy, or anything of that nature. My significant other has also been drinking it, and has had zero change in energy levels, like he has had while drinking other brands. I keep drinking it because of the price, and because I'd like to think it's healthy. The flavor is kind of bland, with a sweetness to it. I do not find it to be gross, or unpleasant. We drink it once a day. I mix it in water, and most times drink it by itself. Occasionally, I squeeze lemon juice in it. My significant other, does not like the taste, so as always, taste is a personal preference, and is difficult to rate. I think it would work well in smoothies. I'm giving a 3 star rating because that's where I stand with this product, kind of in the middle. No major dislikes, no noticeable advantages.

Started using this product on 14 September. It is the first thing I drink when I get up in the morning. I mix one scoop with a cup of water and drink it before I get the day started. It mixes well with just water. It is a little gritty towards the bottom of the cup, but I normally mix it again with a spoon a half a glass. It has a similar taste to unsweetened tea. It makes it super easy to drink if you are just mixing with water. I could tell an immediate difference in my stomach. I have zero bloating after I eat anything. I’ve reduced the amount of caffeine I intake in the mornings and this compensates for it. It is a longer lasting energy than caffeine as well. I would definitely suggest buying it if you are looking for a great supergreens powder!

I spent a lot of time researching powdered green products. I’ve taken greens every day for at least 6 years. I used to get them from “It Works”, but they changed their formula and I could not stand the taste of the new one. I was so upset. They without question make me feel better. So the search began for a new brand. Several names would keep coming up in various “Best Greens” lists, so I started comparing. I really didn’t want them sweetened (even w Stevia) and surprisingly, that was hard to find. But Nested Naturals Super Greens, have no sweeteners added. I also wanted them to include Adaptogens (like ashwaganda, rhodiola, reishi, ginseng, cordyceps... Research shows adaptogens can combat fatigue, enhance mental performance, ease depression and anxiety, and help you thrive rather than just muddle through) UNFORTUNATELY, Super Greens does not include these. But after much research, Super Greens still seemed to be the best fit and I decided I would just add an Adaptogenic supplement to my routine. A lot of reviewers complain about the TASTE of greens... If they are GREENS, they are going to taste like greens. I got used to my original greens from It Works and I honestly didn’t mind them (until they changed the formula). These Super Greens are SO MUCH BETTER. They mix smoothly with water and taste pretty mild (although I usually make a smoothie and blend them with ice cubes, a small amount of juice, Adaptogens and a scoop of protein... I don’t taste them AT ALL in the smoothie). For me, the PROS: * a LOT of nutrients packed in * NO sweeteners (no stevia) * Smooth texture & MILD taste * Reasonable Price CONS: * lack of Adaptogens in the mix

Great tasting, mixes well with any liquid or yogurt, healthy ingredients, nothing artificial. I have a scoop every morning, I highly recommend Nested Naturals Super Greens. I’m very proud that this is a Canadian product.

Decided to try this after reading the reviews. And first thing I noticed was my pee didn’t change colour, at all!! Then I noticed i wasnt as tired in the evenings. My energy and mood definitely improved! I will continue to use this product as I’m very impressed by it. It’s a gentle and powerful product! I don’t like the taste of it, I mix it with my organika electrolytes, then it’s not bad! It doesn’t mix that well and floats to the top or sinks. But that’s no bother to me. As long as it works 😊 I also read that it helps with bloat, I can testify to that as well! Usually I feel pretty bloated before I get my period, this last time I didn’t even realize I had my period. Been using it for close to a month now!

Ne pas mettre dans l'eau uniquement, le goût est horrible, mais mélangé à un smoothie le goût de l'herbe disparaît super bien!!! Déjà après une semaine, moins de ballonnement, plus d'énergie! Je recommande
