I would equate it more thick rubber. I made a flexible connector with it to join a vacuum to a nozzle for dust collection amd it worked very much like the existing rubber connector I had. Of course this depends to an extent on the wall thickness, infilling etc of the object you print with it. Thin object with low infill density will be more bend and flexible than a thick walled object with a very high infill density.
