Fingers crossed! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t eat or drink anything the 15 minutes before chewing on a piece *by B***L on January 31, 2020* I use this product to help curb the cravings from quitting cigarettes. The cinnamon surge definitely last the 30 minutes you’re supposed to chew it for. The fruit chill lasts about 20 minutes flavor-wise. Honestly not an issue because I don’t always chew the recommended 30. I don’t think there’s usually enough nicotine in them for that amount of time anyways. You do however need to park the gum (for at least a good 15-20 seconds) in between your gums and cheek for it to work the way it was designed for. And you aren’t supposed to drink or eat the 15 minutes before each piece. I use about 7-10 pieces every day and I would go through a pack a day when I used to smoke. Haven’t wanted a cigarette other than when I first wake up (<— that’s really hard to rewire you brain... out of a bad habit) it’s been a couple weeks since I bought my last pack of smokes.
