Won’t go without them!
Absolutely love these insoles! I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur on my heel. They help support my arches and cushion the heel. I usually put them in on top of the original insoles but I have a few shoes that I only use these. Works great either way.

Just the right amount of arch support and "give" due to the gel. Very comfortable! I used them for my winter boots, although very comfortable, they didn't have much support. I am size 6 - 6.5 BUT cut the inserts to size 8 for these winter boots and they fit fabulous!!! Do not cut too short! I have been dealing with plantar for a year, and have it 99% under control. These inserts are the last piece of a puzzle. Almost completely pain free now.

I haven't gone and got a diagnosis on my feet, but the ball and arches of my feet get very fatigued at work and I find myself sometimes flexing the sole and toes of my foot in a cupping like shape for relief from the tension. These insoles have been a godsend for me and I've been putting them in every shoe I own. The most recent pair I got was to use with my steel toe timberland pro work boots and day one results are looking promising, my feet aren't aching today!
