You’ll need to apply about 3 coats if you want it to really shine **Q: Can this be used to seal acrylic paint or decals on wine glasses?** A: It's meant to seal porous surfaces - masonry, concrete, marble, terra cotta, etc. I wouldn't use it on glass As far ass paint goes - don't know.
